Drainage

Drainage installation is a never ending, but incredibly rewarding, process on a golf course. While thousands of feet of drainage was installed during our renovation, and after, there will continue to be areas that pop up that need addition help draining.

Today we completed a much needed drainage installation behind #4 green. The process for this is to survey the elevations, sod cut the existing grass, add perforated drainage pipe and pea gravel, and ensure that the pipes leads the water to either an out flow in the desert, or an existing drainage basin.

There is about a dozen more areas that have been identified to need drainage assistance, most of which will be completed over the next few weeks.
